A sample  starter workshop Meal

Daum-alloo (Potato curry) is a delicious rich dish of northern India.  It is made of fried (Daum) potatoes immersed in a nutty rich and creamy sauce of fragrant spices and yogurt. This can also be made with boiled potatoes to provide lighter option.

Chana Masala - Chick pea curry is a nutritious and tasty dish made with cooked chick peas, ginger, Masala (roasted blend of spices) and many other unique spices.


Basmati rice pilaf with green peas. Fragrant Basmati rice cooked with peas and/or vegetables and aromatic spices.


Cucumber Raita – (Yoghurt or Curd)
A cooling roasted Cumin and mint Cucumber Raita made with home-made yogurt and fresh vegetables are a must to complete an Indian meal. 

Meals are served with traditional Indian flat bread and will have a sweet ending with delicious, rich and creamy Indian mango ice cream with pistachio nuts. This simple meal is topped off with  ginger Masala tea.
