� Introduction to the various spices, herbs and explanation on how to properly use them to dress-up any dish, adding a gourmet twist to your food and bring out unexpected flavors.

Learn to plan a well balanced, complete vegetarian meal consisting of major food groups, including lentils, beans, nuts, seeds, dairy products and vegetables.
�Interactive, participatory and hands-on instruction to prepare a multi-course meal starting from an appetizer, main dishes, dessert, followed by healthy green tea or famous Masala tea (chai). 
� Each session is about 3 hour long including preparation time and are very interactive so be prepared to challenge your culinary skills, taste buds and learn how to Spice up Food!
 
We can also discuss and accommodate your special dietary restrictions and avoid certain ingredients to suit preferences, such as Gluten-free, Celiac, Vegan, Nut-free

�  Standard Classes consist of 6-8 people.  Special arrangements can be made for a larger group or fund-raising event.
Private sessions can also be booked (minimum of 4), and will be tailored to your specific preferences and schedule.
 
Group classes are held on a weekly basis, on a first come basis and can be booked in advance.
There are day classes starting at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and evening classes starting at 6 p.m. Weekdays classes can also be arranged.

  Introductory Price (including a meal) is $55/person, or $100/couple.
